Our commitment

MadLister complies with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. We process personal data lawfully, transparently and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, object to processing of, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, use our contact form — we respond within 30 days.

Data processing

Data is hosted in secure data centres, transmitted over TLS, and shared only with the processors listed in our Privacy Policy under appropriate agreements. When you delete your account we remove your personal data except where retention is legally required.

eBay data

When you connect an eBay account we access only the data needed to provide the service, and honour eBay's marketplace account-deletion notifications: when eBay tells us an account was deleted, the associated data is erased automatically.
