1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. MadLister is operated from the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The service

MadLister provides tools to create, optimise and manage e-commerce listings. We provide the service "as is" and continuously improve it; features may change over time.

3. Subscriptions & trials

Trials run for 14 days with a payment method on file; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and renews monthly until cancelled from your Billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with eBay's policies and applicable law, keep your credentials secure, and not misuse, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for decisions eBay or other marketplaces make about your account.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms.
