MadLister ("we", "us") operates this website and the MadLister platform. We are the data controller for personal data collected through them.

2. What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), billing data (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers), usage data (pages visited, features used), and data you connect (such as your eBay listings and orders) solely to provide the service.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, trial reminders), provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting, Stripe (payments), email delivery, and eBay's APIs when you connect your store — each under their own safeguards.

5. Retention & your rights
